It is the responsibility of the client to establish the rights to any material supplied for inclusion in the project. The Company cannot be held liable for any breeches in copyright or privacy as a result of images or content supplied.

The Company will not be liable for any loss that may occur before, during or after the development of the project. This includes but is not limited to financial loss, human injury, and or reputation. You acknowledge and agree that the Company has not made any promises or guarantees to you including any financial contributions and or earnings due to your customer relationship with the Company. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence process to make sure you are making sound decisions for you as an individual or your business. If you need further professional advice you acknowledge that you are responsible
for seeking counsel from the professional of your choice, for example your lawyer, professor, or accountant. No information that you will receive from this Company word of mouth or on this website is designed to substitute as advice from a professional within various industries. 

You agree not to duplicate, copy, or make any profit on any of the services, products, and or material that was provided to you without written consent from the Company.

The Company does not sell or share any of your information, all information is confidential.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others.

Terms, Conditions, and Privacy

We do not guarantee that your service will be processed within a specific timeframe. While we strive to accommodate all of our clients as quickly as possible, we will not rush a service/project because we believe in upholding quality.

The Company will only commence on a project after receipt of payment from the client. Deposits are non-refundable and should you wish to cancel at any point during the process you shall remain liable for the work that has taken place and the deposit will be retained accordingly. All sales are final there are no refunds whatsoever.
