I grew up in Racine, Wisconsin and was the first in my family to graduate from high school, college, and earn a master’s degree. Moving through school, work, and major life decisions without a clear roadmap shaped how I think about support, opportunity, and uncertainty. Coming of age during the Great Recession added another layer. It taught me that hard work matters, but so does having the right guidance, language, and support when you are trying to make thoughtful decisions about your future.

That lived experience still shapes how I show up in my work. My background across career development, coaching, facilitation, workforce systems, and community health has shown me how often people are expected to keep moving without enough space to reflect, process, communicate clearly, or define success in a way that actually fits their lives. I care deeply about helping people think clearly, trust their voice, and move through work and life with more intention.

Gold Ink Consulting grew from that understanding. What started as helping people strengthen their resumes evolved into something broader and more meaningful. I realized the real work was not just about documents or presentation. It was about helping people better understand themselves, communicate clearly, and navigate stress, transition, uncertainty, and growth with greater clarity and steadiness.

Today, I design workshops, facilitate sessions, and provide consulting that supports communication, well-being, transition, and people-centered growth in ways that feel thoughtful, grounded, and useful in real life.
